We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
